The Frozen Water Fortunes

In Victorian seaside resort of Blackpool, two maids on holiday run into a man who seems to be the same man who cheated their employer of a great deal of money. Now with only their wits, improvised strategy and shaky nerves, they determine to not only foil the con man's latest scheme but extract some measure of justice as well.
